  • How does my membership work?
    As a Power Pasties member, you’ll get a delivery of fabulous nipple pasties along with a 3"x3" card featuring a monthly statement for self affirmation! You will receive a Power Pasty Delivery monthly. You will be charged at the same time each month from your first payment, and receive your products at the beginning of the following month. You'll also receive an email confirmation of your order and be given access to our exclusive Power Pasties Social community on Facebook.
  • How do I change my membership?
    Visit our customer hub to cancel your current subscription by clicking HERE. If your payment for the current month has already gone through you will still receive products for that payment, but all further payments for that subscription will be cancelled. Then make a new purchase on our website. Keep in mind you will be charged on the same day each month when you set up your subscription. To avoid receiving 2 orders you will need to cancel your existing membership before your charge date. Beginning a new subscription during the same month after you've been charged for your previous subscription will result in you receiving products for both subscriptions the following month.
  • What is the Power Pasties Social community?
    Power Pasties Social is our EXCLUSIVE facebook community for subscribers of Power Pasties. Show off your pasties, chat with other members, trade pasties, and more! Join by clicking HERE!
  • Can I purchase a single pair of pasties?
    At this time, we only allow individuals to purchase subscription packages through our website. You can trade pasties with other subscribers by joining the Power Pasties Social community on Facebook.
  • What is your schedule for billing/shipping?
    Whatever date you place your first order is the date you will be billed each month. All pasty subscriptions are mailed via USPS First Class Mail, about 7 business days after the last day of the month. We always bill the month prior to shipment so if you signed up anytime in January (January 1st-January 31st) the first delivery you receive will be the February delivery. This will ship about 7 business days into February. You’ll receive a shipping notice to the email address on file as soon as your pack is dropped off at USPS. Estimated Delivery Times US - up to 10 business days Canada – up to 12 business days* EU/UK – up to 3 weeks* AUS/NZ – up to 3 1/2 weeks* All other – up to 4 weeks* If it's been longer than the times listed above, please email us at support@powerpasties.com and we’ll look into what happened with your pack!
  • What do I do if my order is damaged during shipping?
    Any missing, damaged, lost, defective, or wrong/incorrect item(s) must be reported within 2 weeks of your delivery date. Please contact our Customer Care Team at support@powerpasties.com and we will assist you with filing a claim and/or getting your items replaced.
  • What is your return policy?
    Our Customer Service Team is happy to get you everything you need for a successful return. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping for all products that are being returned unless otherwise specified by our Customer Service Team. Return your products to: Power Pasties 8908 Schick Rd B Austin, Texas 78729 Once we have received the item we will inspect it to make sure it has been unopened and unused. Once this has been determined we will send a replacement for the product within 2 weeks. Any other questions about your return please contact us at support@powerpasties.com.
  • I am missing a product from my order.
    If something was missing from your shipment (so sorry!), we will immediately send a replacement item or offer a refund for the missing item(s). Please reach out to our Customer Service Team at support@powerpasties.com for further assistance. If your product is damaged or missing an item, please send over picture of the product with your email!
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    You can cancel your membership anytime by visiting your Customer Hub HERE or by messaging us at support@powerpasties.com. Previous orders cannot be cancelled once billed. For instance, if you are billed on January 15th and cancel your subscription on January 16th you will still receive your order in February.
  • How do I cancel my membership?
    To cancel your membership visit our Customer Hub by clicking HERE Log in with the email you used to make your initial purchase. Here you can view and manage your purchases and subscriptions. You can also email support@powerpasties.com and let us know you want to cancel your subscription.
  • My order is shipping to the wrong address.
    To change your address: Log in to the Customer Hub Click the button that says Update My Info Change your address. Or you can email us at support@powerpasties.com.
  • What happens if my card gets declined?
    If your card gets declined during your subscription you'll receive an email notification that your payment didn't go through. Update your billing info through your Customer Hub by clicking HERE. If you do not update your billing information, our system will attempt to charge the card on file until it goes through or until you reach out to cancel your subscription. If your purchase does not go through prior to the last day of the month you will not receive products for that month.
  • How do I contact Customer Service?
